[INFO] 131024 WIN Final LIVE Broadcast Ticket Receiving Information

Hello, this is YG Entertainment. This will be your guide to picking up your tickets at WIN’s final battle.

The final battle to select the final WINNER for WIN:WHO IS NEXT will be happening on Oct. 25 and will be held at the SK Olympic Handball Stadium.

For the fans who won tickets through High Touch Event and Fancafe, please familiarize yourself with these guidelines to pick up your tickets on-site.


Because it is held on a weekday, and due to work or school, we will be distributing out the admission tickets a full hour prior to the LIVE broadcast.
Please come to the scene of the LIVE battle a little earlier and feel free to wait in line in front of the Olympic Stadium.

The tickets to the show will be stopped at 7:50 PM. Because there’s inevitably not enough time to finish, we thank you for your understanding.

1. How to receive WIN final battle tickets
(1) After reading the notice, please go to the designated area within the set time.
(2) Check the tickets’ received list of ‘WIN FINAL’
(3) Admission will start at 7PM

2. Guide to WIN Ticket Distribution
- Location: Olympic Park SK Olympic Handball Stadium
- Ticket Distribution Location: In front of SK Olympic Handball Stadium [WIN OFFICIAL FAN CAFE EVENT TICKET RECEIPT] Booth
- Date: Oct. 25 (Fri) 9PM
- Staff Arrival Time: 5:30 PM
- LIVE Ticket Distribution Time: 6PM
- LIVE Ticket Distribution Cut-off Time: 7:50
- Admission to Event Hall Time: 7PM
- Entry Area: Standing

- From the list of winners, please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes earlier than the time and in numerical order.
- You are expected to confirm your identification the day before the ticket distribution
- If you’re waiting at the event hall, the STAFF will come and sort everyone

- WIN Tickets are only for 1 ticket per person
- Ticket Distribution Order: “WIN High-Touch Meeting Participants” > “WIN High-Touch Lottery Winner” > “WIN Final LIVE Event Winner” will be last.

(For the WIN High Touch Meeting Lottery Winners: You won once on High-Touch but did not receive your confirmation e-mail)
- Please stand in order according to the list organized above.
- Please check your belongings to make sure that you have only what can be brought from the list below.
- Tickets to the LIVE will be distributed starting from 6PM. We will establish a separate line for those who are late. If you come prior to 6PM, please wait.
- Tickets will stop being distributed at 7:50 PM. Because it’s live, etc. there’s difficulty in shifting the time, so we ask for your understanding.

3. What to Bring
- Photo ID: Must have photo of person, name and date of birth
—Identification card, Drivers’ license, National certificate, Passport, Student ID, may be used.
- You must have photo identification. If there’s not DOB on the ID card, we can confirm with other information. (In that case, please bring ie. birth certificate, medical insurance card, passport)
- If you have lost your ID card, please get a reissue with photo ID and date of birth of other available means to confirm.
- Alternative ID-> Photo attachment, Date of birth listed. Passport (can be certified within 3 years of expiration)

4. WIN Final Live Broadcast Participant Guidelines
(1) Those who have not brought proper materials will not be allowed to participate in the final event even if you have won the events.
(2) It’s a performance but also because it is a live show, please be respectful when waiting in line.
(3) Please adhere to the rules for Ticket Distribution & Cut-off times
(4) Tickets will stop distribution at 7:50 PM. Because it’s a LIVE broadcast, there’s much difficulty in delaying the time, so we ask for your understanding.
(5) WIN Final tickets are only allowed for the winning people, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
(6) Ticket Distribution order: “WIN High-Touch Meeting Participants” > “WIN High-Touch Lottery Winners” > “WIN Final LIVE Broadcast Event Winners” is last.
(7) If you lose your WIN tickets, please be aware that you may not be admitted.
(8) Please come to the ticket distribution at 6PM and in the order of the ticket distribution list.
(9) Pictures and videos (Fancams) will be prohibited from recording. Anyone caught recording will have their files deleted, memory card confiscated, and will be forced to leave.
(10) Entrance will not be allowed after the live broadcast begins.
